Key Responsibilities Lead the testing effort for the STORES 2.0 application, ensuring quality and performance Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies across various testing types Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify defects and ensure timely resolution before deployment Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field Minimum of 5 years of related testing work experience, including ServiceNow testing experience Experience with Jira, test case design, defect management, and performance testing Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority Ability to work in an Agile environment with dynamic deadlines
