Requirements
- Must reside within a 2-hour drive of one of the following airports:
- Florida: JAX - Jacksonville
- South Carolina: CHS - Charleston
- Nebraska: OMA - Omaha
- Ohio: CLE - Cleveland
- Rhode Island: PVD - Providence
- California: ONT - Ontario, LGB - Long Beach, SFO - San Francisco
- Connecticut: BDL - Hartford
- Wisconsin: MKE - Milwaukee
- Device Requirement: iOS or Android mobile
Availability: We’re looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible. This task will require a commitment of 8-10 hours for one day, so please be prepared for a flexible schedule.
Compensation: You will receive an hourly rate of $18, plus additional reimbursement for travel expenses such as mileage, parking, or ride-sharing.
Your Role
- Walk through designated arrival routes at the airport to assess how effectively our client's app directs users from public areas to the ride-share pickup points.
- Utilize in-app map navigation to traverse from the security exit to the Uber pickup location.
- Record your screen and take pictures or screenshots of relevant areas of the airport.
- After completing the process, submit your recordings along with a brief survey to share your feedback.
