- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Mechanical and testing facility systems that test pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, heat exchangers, high-speed turbo-machinery components or systems require a minimum of 4 years of technical experience in design.
- Project Engineering or Project Management requires a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Works with other engineering groups to formulate, record, evaluate, execute, and evaluate tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
- Identifies functional issues and proposes solutions. Helps establish internal quality control standards and maintain reliability programs.
- Examines test cases and delivers regular progress reports.
- Experience in the field or a related area and a bachelor's degree may be necessary.
