Role: Software Tester

Responsibilities
- Participate in testing RESTFul APIs using Postman and Soapui
- Study, analyse the project requirements and ensure the delivering code meets the client needs
- Performance and Stress testing through JMeter
- Automate UI testing using Node.js, selinium, and Protractor APIs
- Create test suites to check the database transactions and verify back end services
- Debug issues using developer tools
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures and documented software defects using bug tracking system.
- Communicated defects to developers and other stakeholders
- Perform functional, sanity, regression testing on each version release
- Document and report the business needs and missing function requirements
- Perform manual testing for the tasks that aren’t covered through automation
Requirements
- Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
